We represent individuals and insurance companies in a varied array of insurance coverage issues and interpretation of insurance policies. Our five active litigation attorneys have over a century in years of combined experience in civil litigation. We argue cases in the State and Federal Courts of Oregon and Idaho, the Oregon and Idaho Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

We are frequently hired by insurance companies on issues that pertain to policy holders in Oregon and Idaho. We have also advised insurance companies that are seeking to expand their business into either Oregon or Idaho by providing counsel on aspects of insurance law unique to Oregon or Idaho.
