Zach is a civil litigator who has been practicing throughout Oregon and Idaho with Yturri Rose since 2018. He primarily works on cases involving real estate, construction, employment, and personal injury. Prior to coming to Yturri Rose, Zach spent four years litigating at an Alaska-based firm, primarily serving government contractors, regulated utilities, and hunting-rights groups. Zach worked on transportation and energy policy before practicing law, first as an aide to Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and then at a large lobbying firm.
Zach and his wife, Emily, live in Ontario with their two kids. He grew up in Alaska but spent much of his childhood traveling through Oregon and Idaho, because his mother is from the Willamette Valley and his father is from outside Twin Falls, Idaho. Zach studied Political Science and Economics at the University of Idaho, where he was an active member of the student government. He was a member of the Law Review at George Mason University.
