Ben recently joined Yturri Rose after graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law. While in law school Ben focused his efforts on Environmental, Water, Immigration, Personal Injury and Business Law. Ben also spent time prosecuting misdemeanor cases, working with refugees at International Rescue Committee, and was an active participant in the School of Law’s Housing clinic. Ben finished his B.A. in History at Marywood University in Scranton PA. Ben also spent 8 years in the Amy National Guard Aviation which included a one-year combat tour in Afghanistan as a crew chief on a Blackhawk Medevac helicopter.
Ben grew up in Oregon and California and as a young adult spent two years living in Santiago Chile. Beyond practicing law, Ben has been married to his wife Erin since 2006. They are active members of their church and community and are raising 4 wonderful children. Ben and Erin both volunteer their time as youth leaders and coaches and love playing coed sports together. Ben also loves spending time camping, hiking, rock climbing, and is an avid baseball fan.
